Root Resistance
A unique product of the LANXESS Material Protection product range is used for the formulation of root-resistant construction materials such as roofing felts, sealants, insulations and asphalt mixtures. It protects construction materials from undesirable root penetration without damaging plants, provides long-term protection and remains effective also under harsh weathering conditions. Is heat-resistant, has a low vapour pressure and the effectiveness is virtually unaffected by the high temperatures required to process bitumen and welding roofing felts.
